As licensed and National Board Certified Professional Counselors we specialize in individual, child, adolescent, family and group therapy to help clients navigate difficult life transitions. We treat a number of mental health challenges, and assist clients to advance through the pain of trauma to develop healthy ways of thinking and utilizing strengths.

Our approach is holistic, collaborative and client-centered. We focus on the unique needs and goals of each individual. Our therapists are trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor their approach to best meet the needs of clients. We work closely with clients to identify goals and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of techniques.
